My friends call me Skeeter.  I'm an artist, blogger, and accidental adventurer.  People always ask, "what's your story," but honestly, I'm just a work in progress.

I like to draw, I like to write, and I love making media.  So it made sense for me to start creating zines with a bit of a loose, open format.  Some days I'm all about cartoons and some days I'm all about fashion.  Or collage, or independent music.  Or travel, or exploring the natural world.  I don't fit into any one box, so why not make little books about any and all of the above?  Hence, SkeeterPress was born.

Most things that will be featured on this site will be self-published, self-distributed, and for the most part, handcrafted by me.  The conent will be from my own perspective, as such, it's important to note that I'm not an authority on anything, except perhaps my own voice.  Cheers.
