The Principality of New Masovia

The Principality of New Masovia is a micronation located within the borders of the United states, in the northeast corner of the State of Connecticut.  It is one of the newest micronational states, being founded in July of 2021.  The Principality is an absolute monarchy, with a Prince as its head of state.  The Principality has a strict policy of neutrality with regard with micronational affairs, yet it strives for meaningful friendships via treaties of mutual recognition.

The Principality of New Masovia is named for Mazowieckie, a province in Poland, from which the Prince's ancestors immigrated.  While the citizens of the Principality are not all ethnic Poles, the Principality aims to preserve the spirit of Polonia within its borders.  As a newly emerging micronation, so too is the culture the Principality itself emerging.

Nautral Beauty

Our micronation is nestled in what's known as the Quiet Corner of the State of Connecticut.  The surrounding forests, rivers, and ponds offer limitless recreational opportunities for visitors to the region.  We seek to live in balance with the nature around us.

Our Heritage

As descendants from the province of Mazowieckie, we carry on the spirit of our ancestors: that nations  have a right to exist without their fate being determined from foreign powers.  Hence, our unofficial mottos:

Za wolność naszÄ… i WaszÄ…
"For our freedom and yours"

Nic o nas, bez nas
"Nothing about us, without us"

Citizenship

New Masovian citizenship comes with inherent rights, privileges, and protections.  Citizenship however does come with duties.  All New Masovian citizens work to improve The Principality's standing in the greater micronational community.

At the present time, citizenship with the Principality of New Masovia is currently only open to individuals on an invitational basis.
