Most New Masovians can rely on their local internet radio station, Skeeter Radio, for their entertainment, local weather, and more. The station carries an eclectic mix of pop, swing, and synthesizer-based music, and has been adding new songs to its lineup almost every week since its inception. As the station nears it's one year anniversary, it has grown into one of the cornerstones of New Masovian culture.
Recently, listeners were introduced to a new concept in internet radio, that being official news from New Masovia itself. On January 12, 2022, Radio New Masovia was launched as a special program, featuring local news, micronational news, and New Masovian culture. This 15 minute segment was broadcast exclusively on Skeeter Radio, and has been rerun twice based on popular demand. We hope to make this an ongoing program. Eventually, we hope to have enough content so that Radio New Masovia can become its own stand-alone internet radio station.
New Masovia is excited to be at the forefront of this amazing technology, which very few micronations have harnessed. We are working hard to bring you the best content, both through our culture-based Skeeter Radio, and also via out state news outlet, Radio New Masovia.
